VAULTCLASS PROGRAMMING

VAULT · Class Programming

The class program is the daily reason members show up. Recovery is the reason they stay. The VAULT INVITATIONAL is the reason the world watches.

Class program serves two masters: retention (unlimited Studio-tier members need enough variety to justify $499/mo) and identity (pole and dance are the aesthetic core, and cannot be diluted by generic boutique-class filler).

Head of Programming owns this document. Reports to the GM operationally, has a direct creative line to Taj on curriculum, aesthetic, instructor sourcing, and the seasonal drop cadence.

The five class families

1. Pole

The signature discipline. VAULT is the first Charlotte facility where pole is treated at Olympic-training-facility rigor.

Curriculum tracks: - Pole Fundamentals (4 weeks, cohort-based) · new members enter here regardless of prior experience. Grip, safe spins, inverts, conditioning. - Pole Sport · IPSF-aligned technical vocabulary, competition-track conditioning, tricks progression - Pole Art · choreography-forward, musicality, floorwork, transitions, storytelling - Aerial Pole · advanced verticality, drops, invert combinations, spotter-required class format - Pole Conditioning (non-pole class supporting pole strength: grip, shoulder, core, back)

Weekly cadence: 18-20 pole classes across main + secondary studios. Capacity per class: 12 (main studio, 12 rigging points), 6-8 (secondary studio, 4-6 poles), private studios booked separately. Class length: 60 min (fundamentals + conditioning), 75 min (sport + art), 90 min (aerial + open training).

2. Dance

The Taj family. Editorial, expressive, camera-ready.

Curriculum tracks: - Movement Fundamentals · release technique, floorwork, breath, grounding - Contemporary · Horton + Graham-informed technique class - Choreography Lab · Trill’s pro dance network guest-leads weekly choreo drops (visiting choreographers rotate 6-week residencies) - Editorial · Taj-designed class: styling, camera awareness, movement for photography and video, guest fashion + creative direction collaborators

Weekly cadence: 12-14 dance classes. Capacity: 16 (main studio), 20 (secondary studio). Class length: 60-75 min.

3. Barre, Pilates, Reformer

The precision + core stack. Studio-tier draw for members who want low-impact strength.

Curriculum tracks: - Barre Basics · 45 min, secondary studio, format at Studio-tier standard - Barre Sculpt · 60 min, weighted, intermediate - Reformer 101 · 55 min, 8-10 person, technique-forward - Reformer Flow · 55 min, intermediate + advanced - Mat Pilates · 45 min, secondary studio floor

Weekly cadence: 10 barre + 8 reformer + 4 mat = 22 classes. Capacity: 8-10 reformer (equipment limit), 18 barre + mat. Class length: 45-55 min.

4. Gym-based

The Access-tier hook + strength for all members.

Curriculum tracks: - Strength Foundations · barbell technique class, 60 min - Strength Club · programmed strength cycle, 4-week blocks, coached - HIIT · 45 min, cardio + conditioning circuits, gym floor + turf - Functional · sled, sandbag, farmer carries, sprint, sportsman-conditioning bias - Rowing Intervals · Concept2-focused, 45 min

Weekly cadence: 10-12 gym classes. Capacity: 10-16 depending on format. Class length: 45-60 min.

5. Recovery + Mobility

The wellness closer. Members book this after a hard week.

Curriculum tracks: - IR + Stretch · infrared warmth + guided stretch, 45 min, secondary studio dimmed - Breathwork · 30 min, guided, Studio-tier + up - Mobility Flow · 45 min, active mobility, controlled articular rotations - Restore · 60 min, ground-based, passive stretch + fascial release

Weekly cadence: 6-8 recovery classes. Capacity: 18-20. Class length: 30-60 min.

Class quality standards

Every VAULT class regardless of family shares: - Start on time. Doors close 2 minutes after start. No late entry after 5 minutes for safety. - Instructor arrives 15 min early, sets room, greets by name. - Music curated (VAULT Sound library, Trill-curated, no algorithm playlists, no explicit lyrics in morning slots) - Room reset between classes (5-min turnover minimum, 10-min for pole sanitization) - No filming member classes without written consent + release. Marketing content shot on scheduled shoot days only.

Broadcast-mode disruption

Main studio unavailable for regular classes ~30 days/year for competition/broadcast events. Programming shifts: - All main-studio classes relocate to secondary - Higher secondary occupancy triggers doubled instructor coverage - Pole schedule contracts 40% for broadcast weeks (compensated by extra private studio credit for Studio + Black Card) - VAULT INVITATIONAL weeks: main studio unavailable Wed-Sun

Programming cadence + seasonal drops

  • Monthly guest choreographer arrives 1st of every month (Choreography Lab)
  • Quarterly pole athlete residency (visiting IPSF-level athlete teaches masterclass series)
  • Semiannual editorial residency (Taj-curated collaborator: a fashion designer, a photographer, a creative director, teaches Editorial for 6 weeks)
  • New class family launched semi-annually (candidate additions: contortion, hand-balancing, silk aerial in Y2, Muay Thai in Y3)
